5 things about me
1. I am a HUGE Seahawks fan. GO HAWKS!
2. I have a ridiculous tendency of spraining my ankle in flip-flops, but have no problem walking in 5" heels.
3. I am addicted to Lululemon apparel and running shoes.
4. I bought my first motorcycle, a Kawasaki Ninja, at the age of 23; I named her "Red."
5. My middle name is Lane.
A renegade idealist from a young age, I grew up in Kirkland, Washington, and attended Cascadia Community College and the University of Washington. I've been a graphic designer and marketing strategist for more than 12 years, with expertise in B-to-B and B-to C marketing for the automotive, consumer product and retail industries. In addition, I have an in-depth knowledge of national and international event planning, and sponsor management.
My work runs the gamut of concept-driven brochures and dynamic website designs to motorsports sponsor and media relations support. I have a passion for geeking out on the latest color palette combo on Design Seeds, and I love developing unique designs and strategic marketing solutions for my clients.
when i'm not designing
In my spare time, you can find me running the local trails with my dog Oakley or getting my butt kicked by my personal trainer. Nothing is more relaxing than kicking back listening to a little Pandora and good read on my iPad. Even after living in Orange County, California for almost 10 years, I still get sunburned in less than 30 minutes and hate the heat in August. I have a tendency to leave the cap on the almond milk carton half-screwed-on which is always fun when you go to shake it up. Oops! I crave milkshakes even though I haven't had dairy in four years and know that it will make me sick. Lastly, I tally up the days I remain band-aid free.
